The building and rooms are very clean, and the king bed is comfortable.

    roof over my head

Room smelled bad. Dirty room, the towels were dirty yellow color. Was afraid to go to the bathroom and even sleep in the this room. it was horrible

The location was peaceful, short walk to surrounding areas, nature, and Cooperstown, in a nice enough area. We enjoyed rooms with a king bed...

Some people working there were a bit rude.

The room recently got a makeover, featuring cable channels, a microwave, and a fridge, while it's conveniently situated near the surrounding area.

Not much, There was a roof over our heads

Beds very old. Had a back ache for two days. Brown water in the toilets. They tried to give us a room with a broken window boarded up. It was so small you couldn't walk around the bed. No internet to check emails. Bathroom did not smell clean. Knob on AC broken, but I was able to get it to work with some duct tape I had in the car. Had to drive to get morning coffee to wake up.

    Budget-friendly

Room advertised with microwave & refridgerator in room and there was not and we needed the refridgerator. Old room with paint cracking on walls in bathroom and not well cleaned.

The motel is in a nice area, with a favorable location close to the Mohawk Valley, surrounding areas, and Cooperstown. the deluxe queen room is newly decorated with the option of a smaller bed or even two beds.

Not too much.... Shower had decent water pressure... Didn't actually "see" any bugs... But kept a watchful eye.

Hmm, let's see.... No phone..., Remote didn't work, sheets had spots on them, no blanket, just bed cover that everyone tells you to remove immediately... A/c worked but had to fiddle with the only nob on it and try to figure out where it was set on... Cigarette burns in the rug... (Non-smoking room)....it was a pretty sad room and not comfortable at all...

Nothing, one of the worst we have ever stayed in.

Lobby smelled bad. Screen door had screen torn up. No blanket on beds. No shampoo, no tissue box, no hair dryer, no ice machine, lamp in room didn't work, once we checked in for a 2 day stay, never saw another hotel staff member. This room cost us almost $100, but should have been $40. minimal breakfast the first morning, but nothing was put out the 2nd day (donuts & cereal). This rates in our top 5 of worst places we have stayed in our 41 years of traveling.

Our rooms had a smaller bed but we were grateful to have the option of getting two beds. the hotel is situated in a peaceful location which we found to be quite convenient and nice in the area. 🌟

This place is located conveniently close to nature with a newly decorated room featuring a tiled bathroom, all for a reasonable price of US$74.

The booking for the room claimed there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, there was not. The room was very small. There was a shortage of outlets and none at all in the bathroom. The price was way too much for what I got, not worth the money spent.

The motel was clean and well maintained and it is close to Utica, ny. Because of the Boilermaker Race, everything closer was sold out!. The price was right and it was pleasantly surprising how well maintained and clean the unit was. We had air conditioning that worked and the bath towels were thick!!! We also had a microwave and small refrigerator with a functioning freezer! We were able to store ice to keep our drinks cool for the return trip home! Great value for the price!

The second floor unit was easy to reach from the lobby on the same level. However the wooden deck needs to be improved to dampen noise. It was fine after everyone settle in.

    Proximity to destination.

Price too much for the limited services. (ex: only one roll of toilet paper almost used up. No national news on cable TV).
